According to the May issue of UK Vogue, which Natalia is also on the cover of, she is pregnant with her third child of husband Justin Portman. It is mentioned within the editors letter;"....Natalia is not only one of the great beauties of our age, but is married to the delightful and devoted Justin Portman, has two children and a third on the way...."
Natalia already has two children, Lucas and Neva.
